August Recap
It’s been a wild week, month and year when you begin to break it down: NFTs continue to blow up with Visa buying a CryptoPunk, Stephen Curry buying a Bored Ape and Cool Cats rocketing higher to above 6 Ethereum each. With our investment now showing a cool return of 310x in 2 months, it goes without saying that we like the cats, but we like the cats.
Additionally, our top stock investment, Crowdstrike, traded up to an all-time high multiple times this past week as cyber security companies continue to see investment with valuation rerating. With the Afghanistan situation murky at best, we expect defense and security companies to become increasingly en vogue and catch multiple bids for the rest of 2021.
With sentiment turning positive in our investments, we are looking forward to this next month as a September to Remember.
