Elon ≠ Twitter
Elon Musk’s dance with owning Twitter is over in his mind…as a few days ago he informed the company that he was terminating the deal. Yet the saga is just beginning. Twitter’s response to Elon was that it’s not over and they plan to take him to court to force him to buy them.
Yes…Elon is tweeting memes about the lawsuit on Twitter:
Of course Donald Trump is involved…claiming Elon is a “bullshit artist”.
And Twitter’s stock price is hovering at $35/share as this strange legal and financial drama plays out in public over the rest of 2022.
Why do we care? Because when the richest man in the world is being sued by the company he was planning to take over…to force him to take them over but now he doesn’t want to take them over and he just wants to troll them…it’s likely worth investing early in the story.
There will be real world (web2) and digital world (web3) repercussions that play out which are worth monitoring. Stay tuned…

Tweet of the Week
Brew money is a non-custodial wallet built on top of Polygon that lets you earn up to 10% APY on multiple blue-chip DeFi protocols like Aave and Balancer via a single click.
Here’s how it works: As a user, you can directly transfer money on the app through Apple Pay. The app then, automatically converts it into USDC and deploys it into a blue-chip protocol like Aave and helps you earn yields on that protocol. You can see your interest being credited on the app every second.
There is no gas fee you need to pay and the Brew App is currently in Beta.
